Walk in Service
Bring your device into our Reading branch on Norcot Road, Reading, where it will be booked in for a thorough diagnosis. A written quotation can be provided and with your approval, the repair can be carried out within about 3 days, subject to availability of parts.

Post in Service
For certain types of repairs such as iPhones, Consoles and some Laptop Repairs you can simply order online using our online booking form. Choose your repair, make a payment, then send your device to us for repair.

Onsite Service
We offer onsite repair and IT Support from 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday. Simply call us on 0118 340 3440 to book your onsite repair. We offer FREE call-out and No-Fix-No Fee policy.

Free Collection & Return Service
Of course we also offer Free collection and return service if you live locally. You need to live within 10 miles of a Computerpoint store or drop off point. You can book a collection using our online repair booking form.
