Our service centre is open to you for all your repair needs. Just bring your faulty system into our brand new Service Centre on Norcot Road, Reading. For an address of the location please click here. (For other locations, please call for details). There is no charge should you want us to collect and return your PC, (standard turn-around time is 3 business days).
Be assured that the Computerpoint Service Centre is fully equipped for testing and diagnosis - ideal for getting to the bottom of tricky problems.
We also hold stock of most common parts so if an upgrade or replacement part is required, it's on-hand and ready to go.
