Bring your device into your nearest Computerpoint store where it will be booked in for a thorough diagnosis. A written quotation can be provided and with your approval, the repair can be carried out within about 3 days, subject to availability of parts.

Onsite Service
We offer onsite repair and IT Support from 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday. Simply call us on 0118 340 3440 to book your onsite repair. We offer FREE call-out and No-Fix-No Fee policy.

Free Collection & Return Service
Of course we also offer Free collection and return service if you live locally. You need to live within 10 miles of a Computerpoint store or drop off point. You can book a collection using our online repair booking form.
